    you can prolong the life of your water filters by:

    - Ensuring you take a quick shower before stepping into the ice bath to remove sweat and moisturisers.

    - Always keep the lid on your ice bath when not in use.

    - scoop any floating particles out as you see them.

    - clear the water strainer that’s attached to the inlet on the pump every week.

    We recommend changing your filter over every 3-4 weeks to keep your water nice and clean. For commercial use, we recommend changing every week.
