I have the Prodigy X ice bath too - this is exactly what I needed.
- Definitely saves money, instead of buying ice everyday
- The ice blocks are massive, exactly how they look in pictures
- Cools down water in the ice bath significantly faster than the small cubes of ice and lasts longer
- Self explanatory in terms of use; filled up with water about 2cm from top and stacked two on top of each other in the freezer. In the morning I gave it a minute or two to melt slightly to separate and then the ice slid out easy.

Highly recommend especially if you're over buying ice everyday for ice baths - worth the buy.

This pays for itself after a few uses.

One bag of ice at the petrol station costs $5. I would usually buy about 3 bags of ice to get my ice bath down to about 10 degrees. That's $15 per ice bath, and I would do this 2 times a week, meaning I'd spend $30/week on ice bags.

I bought these 3 large ice trays for $70. As I was previously spending $30 a week - these ice trays paid for themselves after 2.5 weeks. Now I ice bath more regularly too and don't have to spend more money.

One tray creates about 5kg of ice. About 15kg of ice goes into the tub which gets it nice and cold. I usually smash the ice up a bit before adding it into the water.

Overall - big money saver. Very easy to use. Fits in freezer fine.

If you want to save money and enjoy cold ice baths... these are great!

These work well. Get my ice baths proper cold. Smashing the bricks up get the water colder quicker too. Im in South Australia and even on hot summer mornings the water temp gets down to 9 degrees because of these. Without it water sits at about 15-20. Very good blocks and good value for money if you want cold water.
