To connect your FROST3 Water-Chiller to your RecoveryPRO Ice Bath, simply screw one hose from the 'water inlet' on the back of the water-chiller into the 'water inlet' on the Ice bath, and repeat the same for the 'water outlet' from the chiller to the ice bath.

Now simply turn your water-chiller on, set a temperature and you are ready to start plunging!
